What is StadiumSupply Pro Seller?

• The StadiumSupply Pro Seller program allows consignors to elevate their experience with Stadium Goods by selling more units at a higher average price - each higher level gives consignors more robust benefits including a lower base selling commission rate. All consignors with Stadium Goods will continue to enjoy access to a global customer base, premium pricing, end-to-end inventory management, and fast next-day payouts. Why Average Price?

• • Beyond sales volume, this Program uses the average price as a key metric for determining which consignors are eligible for an increased level of benefits. In our business model each transaction is impacted by specific fixed costs unrelated to an items value. As a result, low price point Products can be unprofitable for our model. Our goal is to help consignors identify and capitalize on products that drive their business. 

How does StadiumSupply Pro affect my current commission rate?

• • Effective July 1, 2024, the commission structure aligned to each Pro level will override any existing commission rates. 

What discounted fees are Pro Sellers eligible for? 

• • Effective July 1, 2024, the Charge Policy will be updated to include a new fee schedule aligned to the Pro Seller program.

Will the qualification thresholds change every quarter?

• • After Q3 2024, the qualification thresholds will be re-evaluated based on a variety of factors including seasonality and the overall business environment. 

Once I qualify, when do the benefits begin?

• • Benefits begin the following quarter after the qualifying period. 

How can I avoid paying a storage fee for aged inventory?

• • Storage fees are charged monthly for any item aged more than 180 days. If an item is sold or withdrawn before then, it will not incur any fees. See more details on our Charge Policy.

How does the Sales Velocity Bonus work for Commission Promos?

• • The lowest commission rate will apply for each transaction. Commission promos are applied to a consignor’s base commission rate which may be lower than the 15% Sales Velocity Bonus. Promotions do not stack.
