Consigning with Stadium Goods gives you the opportunity to sell your inventory across the globe. To achieve this, we work with strategic partners to sell across many channels, and some of these partners require us to accept returns from customers. Only brand new, non damaged/used items will be returned into your account. We will not return any damaged merchandise back to you.
Here's what happens if an item you sell is returned.
- Any items that are returned by the customer and processed within a 30-day window from ship date of sale will be transferred back into your consignor account and funds deducted from your next payout, effective August 1st. You will see a negative balance in your StadiumSupply account until you pay it or a payout is processed after your next sale(s).
- At a minimum, all returned items will be relisted at your last listed price. If we find that the average sold price of the item has increased, in accordance with our Charge Policy, your item will be relisted at the higher price.
- You can check the Sales page in your Supply Portal or APP. They will be visible under the Return tab. You can see the new serial number, date of return, and amount deducted from your account balance.
