As an extra security measure, StadiumSupply now offers two-factor authentication when logging in. This is an optional setting that you can activate via your consignor profile page. Please see the steps for setting up two-factor authentication on both the web and Supply App below.
StadiumSupply Website
1. Go to the Basic Information page on your consignor profile. (Accessed by the “person” icon in the upper right corner.)
2. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication. A modal will pop up with a QR code and a text code.
4. You must use an authentication app to scan the QR code on your phone (or copy & paste the text key into the authenticator app) and generate a One Time Passcode (OTP)
Supported Authenticator Apps:
- Google Authenticator
- Lastpass Authenticator
- 2FAS Auth
- FreeOTP
- Aegis Authenticator
- StepTwo
After the code is scanned (or pasted) into the authenticator app, a six-digit passcode will be provided. Enter this code into the Code field on the modal and click Enable Two-Factor Authentication. Once complete, 2FA status will be shown as enabled on your profile.
Logging In Once Two-Factor Authentication is Set
We will prompt users for Two-Factor Authentication on login if any of the following criteria is met:
- It has been 30 days since users’ last login
- User is logging in from a different device
- User enters the incorrect login information 6 times
1. Enter your username and password and click Log In. If 2FA is enabled and at least one of the above criteria is met, you will see a prompt to enter a six-digit passcode sent to the authenticator app you chose in set-up.
StadiumSupply App
1. Go to your Account page and then select Two-Factor Authentication, then select Enable Two Factor Authentication at the bottom of the screen.
2. A modal will pop up with a QR code and a text code.
3. Since you will be on your phone, you won’t be able to use your camera to scan the QR code. Please copy and paste the Key into an authenticator app (explained in next step).
4. You must use an authentication app to copy & paste the text key into the authenticator app to generate a One Time Passcode (OTP)
Supported Authenticator Apps:
- Google Authenticator
- Lastpass Authenticator
- 2FAS Auth
- FreeOTP
- Aegis Authenticator
- StepTwo
After the code is pasted into the authenticator app, a six-digit passcode will be provided. Enter this code into the Code field on the modal and click Enable Two-Factor Authentication. Once complete, 2FA status will be shown as enabled on your profile.
How to Disable Two-Factor Authentication
Once Two-Factor Authentication is enabled, you can choose to disable it. Follow these directions to do so.
1. Start by going to your Profile page and selecting Two-Factor Authentication (same place where you enabled it).
2. Select Disable Two-Factor Authentication. You will then be prompted for a 6-digit passcode from your authenticator app of choice.
3. Once the passcode is entered correctly, you will see a disabled status on your profile page.
Note: If at any time you are unable to access your authenticator app to log in, please reach out to customer service for assistance in getting back into your account.
